Biltong is a tasty traditional South African dried, cured meat classic. It is air-cured meat immersed in vinegar and spices. Our biltong is made with our finest grass-fed, pasture-raised beef produced using regenerative farming practices.
We create our own flavoursome spice blend, sourcing only the highest quality ingredients from Australia.
