Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in producing small batches of premium quality fresh farm produce in Hannam Vale, Mid North Coast, NSW. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer Returns or Refunds. If your purchase is not entirely to your satisfaction please contact us as soon as your order has been received so that we have the opportunity to chat with you about it. Alternatively, you may email  We may ask you to take a photo of the product to support your complaint. 



It is important to note that supply of our produce is seasonal and only available at certain times of the year depending on conditions.

We have a close affiliation with and their labels may appear on our products from time to time. 




Honey and Fresh Meat Products

Given that we offer fresh food service, shipping across our store is limited. We do not offer shipping on honey or fresh meat products. Orders are to be collected from either Hannam Vale, Manning Valley – Mid North Coast, NSW or Wahroonga, Sydney. Once we receive your order we will be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time. If your order includes fresh meat, the meat will be ready for pick up in a refrigerated box.


Cured Meat Products

We only offer express shipping for cured meat products (Biltong and Drywors) and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays with the postal carrier. Shipping accuracy – please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address to prevent the delivery service from having to reroute. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally or to PO Boxes within Australia. Please note: if you have bundled any cured meat products together with fresh food products in your order, the express shipping option is cancelled and you’ll need to arrange collection of your order.



Guests need to order hampers at least 24 hours prior to their arrival and these will be available at your specified time and date.



Dingley Farms Pty Ltd ABN 46 617 368 224 trading as Misty Moos Farm Stay & Produce and/or 1328 Farms, the seller, provides no warranty regarding the shelf life or food safety related to any meat or other food product sold by it through this site or directly.  It is the purchaser/customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is handled, stored and, if applicable, cooked in accordance with all applicable food safety regulations and laws concerning food safety.  The Seller is not responsible for any illnesses, including without limitation any meat borne illnesses, that may occur due to the consumption, storage or handling of any meat or any other food product sold through this website or directly.  The seller provides information about the products it sells but the seller relies on the purchaser to make their own decisions about the safety and suitability of the products they purchase and the manner in which they handle, consume and store such products.


Our cured beef products should be stored in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. In Australia best kept in the fridge in the packaging the product is supplied in or in a paper bag. If your preference is to have a dryer biltong slice, leave the packet open in the fridge. If you want to store it for a longer period of time, it can be frozen in a sealed container for up to three months. When you’re ready to eat it, simply thaw it in a refrigerator or at room temperature. If stored in the fridge it is best consumed within 4 days.
