4) Dry wors - Sydney deliveries 16 December to 19 December (Last chance before Christmas)


1) Beef deliveries - Steaks, Boerewors, beef ribs, brisket,  mince etc - 15 September - 19 September 2025
2) Beef deliveries - Steaks, Boerewors, beef ribs, brisket,  mince etc - 10 November  - 16 November 2025
3) Beef deliveries - Steaks, Boerewors, beef ribs, brisket,  mince etc - 2 February - 6  February 2026

Note: the current plan is 1 steer for each of the above dates (September to February) , however if there is more demand, additional steers can be processed.

 Please contact us for special orders such as buying a whole a steer and having custom cuts made.
