Drywors is a Southern African snack food, based on the traditional, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage. It is usually made from a thinner style sausage rather than a thicker sausage, as the thinner sausage dries and preserves more quickly.
We offer a quality product produced using Black Angus, grass-fed, hormone-free, beef products.
