Paddock to plate grass-fed and pasture-raised prime yearling Black Angus Beef for a tender, flavoursome and juicy cut. Angus Beef produces a higher marbling content, evenly dispersing the fat across the cut of meat making it a popular choice.
The meat is packed into meal-sized portions for convenience.
